At GFGT the aspiration is to foster a social atmosphere aimed at freedom of gender expression.

To provide a safe, welcoming environment that will help empower those with any gender expression anxiety or life circumstance constraints, to step out side of the often lonely confines of the self imposed "closet".

By being accepted at this village community center we are able to express our gender differences freely, without fear of ridicule or intimidation.

By traveling to this village on the edge of the New Forrest (Hampshire) you’re hopefully removed enough from your home territory to relax and blossom as you wish. To socialize with like minded people will build confidence, and lead to making friends as a first step to removing the isolation frustration of conforming to gender stereotypes.

We have now committed to hire this community centre each month again for 2012 and recoup the cost by charging a modest £6.00 entrance fee; any surplus fee money will help to even out attendance fluctuations hopefully ensuring continued girlfriend get-together’s.
